and good low temperature impact toughness.
Application:
Used for welding medium-carbon steel and low-alloy steel structures,such as 16Mn, 09Mn2Si and A, B, D
and E steel for ships,and also used for welding on thick plates and hard-to-weld carbon steel structures.
